GISR recently had the honor of hosting His Excellency (H.E.) Vipul, Ambassador of India to the State of Qatar, for a lecture on India’s philosophy for global diplomacy.

 

The lecture was held at the Minaretein Building in Education City and marked the latest event in the monthly “Diplomatic Dialogues” series organized by the Institute to host distinguished policymakers. The session was moderated by Dr. Mohamed Ali Chihi, Executive Director of the GISR Institute. His Excellency Ambassador Vipul presented his country’s approach to building strong international relations, shared his insights and perspectives with students and faculty members, and answered questions from the audience.
