The Global Institute for Strategic Research (GISR) hosted His Excellency Cao Xiaolin, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Qatar, for a discussion with faculty, researchers, and students from across Education City. The session featured diplomatic dialogues, during which His Excellency discussed China’s contributions to the provision of global public goods, offering a unique and timely platform to explore current geopolitical dynamics, bilateral relations between China and Qatar, and broader international affairs. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Mohamed Ali Shehi, Executive Director of GISR.
