He is a former senior advisor to the State of Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Labor, blending academic rigor with high-level policy engagement in a career spanning government institutions, think tanks, NGOs, and United Nations. Dr. Mohamed holds a PhD in Middle Eastern Politics and International Studies from the University of Exeter and a Master’s Degree in Management Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University.
