Biography

A researcher and administrator who has held senior positions in the Turkish public administration, including as President and Vice President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB). He has served as an advisor to the Prime Ministry and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Dr. Köse is involved in research think tanks, including the Africa Foundation and the Middle East Foundation, based in Ankara. He has published on diaspora policies, public diplomacy, development studies, and African politics.
