Biography

is the Chair of the School of Information and Communication Engineering and a former Director of the International Office at Communication University of China, among other positions. She is a Doctor of Literature in International Communication, Associate Professor at the Communication University of China, and a visiting scholar at the University of Alberta, Canada. She has researched the Arab Media and its international communication capacity sponsored by the Asian Media Research Centre.
