Research Fellow at the African Center for Research and Policy Studies (Afropolicy), where he focuses on geo-economic trends, regional integration dynamics, and social and green finance in Africa. Zakaria has strong expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including econometrics, statistical modelling, and mixed-method approaches. His work aims to promote evidence-based financial solutions that strengthen Africa’s economic resilience and inclusive growth, contributing to sustainability-oriented development across the Global South
