Biography

Mudassar Ali Baig is a Research Fellow specializing in the analysis of geopolitical and geoeconomic trends through an Arab regional perspective. Prior to joining GISR, he held leadership positions at various financial institutions and founded social financing organizations focused on emerging markets. Mudassar Ali Baig holds a Master of Arts in Applied Islamic Ethics from Hamad Bin Khalifa University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from S. P. Jain Center of Management (Dubai, Singapore), and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
